Tour Itinerary to Enderby Islet and Punta Cormorant

07:50 am: First, meet our team at the Grupo Galapagos offices for a transfer to the boarding point. Afterwards, the yacht will be ready to take you to the splendid Floreana Island.

Tip: The journey at sea can be rough. We recommend taking motion sickness pills approximately 30 minutes before boarding. The trip lasts approximately 2 hours.

Enderby Islet

The first stop on the tour is Enderby Islet, where you will enjoy a snorkeling session. At this stage, you will have the opportunity to observe starfish, vibrant fish, sea lions and sea turtles. In addition, the marine environment offers a unique experience to appreciate the rich biodiversity of the area.

Punta Cormorant

After exploring Enderby Islet, your captain will take you to Cormorant Point. In this second destination, you will have the opportunity to snorkel and observe whitetip sharks, also known as blue sharks.

At the end of the snorkeling session, the guide will take you to a silver-brown beach, where you can admire the volcanic and organic material that distinguishes it from other islands. On this beach, you can see marine iguanas resting on the rocks, as well as blue-footed boobies and frigatebirds.

A 100-meter path, surrounded by endemic species such as Scalesia Vellosa and Lecocarpus, will take you to a pool where you can see majestic flamingos.

After the walk, you will enjoy lunch aboard the yacht before returning to Santa Cruz Island – Puerto Ayora.
