Quito City Night Tour short description.
A short but quite comprehensive view of Quito City night life. Walk along the classic colonial streets under the night lights; the colonial building and churches are ideal for photographing during the evening.
Check out how Quiteños enjoy the night life and catch a panoramic viwe of Quito City (north to south) from the Panecillo Hill. Enjoy the colonial beauties the Historical City under the night lights.
The tour begins with the parliament building and then continues to the colonial town for a romantic walk to the colonial temples and monasteries of this urban jewel, including the Independence Plaza, the Cathedral, the church of El Sagrario, the Presidential Palace, the Municipal Building and the Archbishop’s Palace, the Church of La Compañía de Jesús facades, the best example of south american baroque style.
We will then move to Church of San Francisco. After walking through the colonial streets, we will continue to ride up the road to the top of Panecillo Hill, the most famous hill in Quito and make a stop for a breathtaking view of Quito City under the night lights.

Climate – Altitude:
Quito’s altitude is 2820 M (9252 feet) above sea level, given its location, only 25 kilometres from the Equator, the city enjoys mild days and cool nights almost year-round.
The climate is quite variable and the nights get specially chilli. The temperature ranges from 7 degrees C (55 F) at night to 26 C (78 F) at noon, and averages 15 C (64 F).
