All the people who belong to the Yacht Altamar Galapagos are from the Galapagos Islands, and importantly, they have been working in the tourism sector for about 40 years. As a result, we are a company deeply oriented to the tourism world, with extensive experience and knowledge of this unique destination.

The Altamar is a beautiful yacht built by Ocean Yachts, which was completely remodeled in 2014 to meet the highest standards of comfort and safety. Furthermore, it has both indoor and outdoor social areas to enjoy during navigation. Notably, the yacht accommodates 16 passengers, making your stay more personal and private on board.

The Altamar Yacht offers daily tours to the Galapagos Islands, with consistently reliable daily departures. The tours initially start from Puerto Ayora, where a bus from the yacht conveniently picks up visitors from their hotels. Generally, daily tours include two exciting activities led by a naturalist guide: a hike through the trails of an uninhabited island followed by snorkeling in the rich waters of the Galapagos. Moreover, on board, lunch is freshly prepared by the boat’s chef, ensuring a delightful dining experience during your journey. Additionally, breakfast is offered for tours to Bartolome Island, as they begin early in the morning. Finally, at the end of the tour, the bus takes visitors back to their hotels.
